At iCode Technovation Hub, we strive to deliver high-quality, beginner-friendly workshops. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for workshop fees.
Eligibility for Refund
- Refund Window: You may request a full refund if you cancel your registration 20 days or more before the workshop start date.
- Non-Refundable Period: Cancellations made less than 20 days before the workshop start date are not eligible for any refund.
Example
- For a workshop beginning on May 14, you must submit your refund request on or before April 24.
How to Request a Refund
- Submit Your Request: Email us at support@icodelearning.com with the subject line “Workshop Refund Request.”
- Include Details: In your email, provide:
- Full Name
- Email Address used for registration
- Workshop Title and Dates
- Date of Cancellation Request
- Review & Confirmation: We will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
- Processing: Eligible refunds will be credited within 7 business days back to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
Partial Attendance & Cancellations
- No Partial Refunds: Refunds apply only to full cancellations. If you attend any session of the workshop, no refund will be issued.
- Rescheduling: If you miss a workshop entirely due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us—depending on availability, we may offer you attendance at a future session.
Changes to Workshops by iCode
If iCode Technovation Hub cancels a workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund automatically or have the option to transfer your registration fee to another workshop session.
